mickael blanc

Mickael is a seasoned senior executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience across for-profit, for-purpose, not-for-profit and government sectors. Having held roles including CEO, Director and Strategy Manager, he brings a balanced perspective that blends strategic oversight with operational depth. Over the past decade, he has led multiple organisations through the complexities of the NDIS and Aged Care reforms, strengthening governance structures, improving operational performance and building systems aligned with regulatory requirements.

Known for his structured thinking and calm leadership style, Mickael works at the intersection of strategy, compliance and commercial sustainability — ensuring organisations are not only audit-ready, but operationally sound and positioned for long-term sustainability. His experience spans governance reform, business modelling, risk management frameworks, organisational redesign, and large-scale transformation initiatives within regulated environments.

Outside of his executive work, Mickael engages with education and government agencies as a representative for the community sector. He is also an executive coach who supports leaders to navigate complexity with clarity and confidence. At home, he enjoys time with his wife and their five children — a grounding counterbalance to his professional life and a constant reminder that strong leadership begins with strong values.

"Claire Hamilton-Dye is a Brisbane-based creative director and brand strategist with 25 years’ experience in design, brand development and business-focused creative direction. She has built and led her own award-winning studio for almost two decades, partnering with organisations across sectors to solve complex business problems through clear, strategic communication and considered visual design. Drawing on experience in Brisbane, London and Germany, Claire brings a rare mix of big-picture thinking and practical execution, helping brands articulate who they are, how they communicate with their audiences, and how they show up consistently and purposefully across every touchpoint. Collaborative and people-centred, she is known for asking the right questions, challenging assumptions and translating insight into purposeful design outcomes that support commercial and organisational goals. Claire also holds a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from Griffith University, further strengthening her ability to bridge the gap between creative ideas and business strategy."

George Ocora

Financial Performance & Governance Expert

George Ocora is a financial services professional who has worked on three continents. His expertise lies in in helping clients identify clear goals and objectives, then working with them to make them happen. George worked in Geneva, New York, London, prior to moving to Australia where he has served clients in Sydney and now Brisbane. George has worked for large corporate names like Citibank, Prudential-Bache, AMP in roles spanning investment counselling, brokerage and financial planning. His strength lies in helping clients establish what is holding them back from growth, formulating a clear path forward, identifying the tools needed, securing any necessary funding, then propelling these business towards their success. George is a director and responsible manager of a financial services company with over 25 years’ experience in the industry who will bring growth-focused direction to your enterprise, with clear financial milestones.
